New Orleans Bit Strategies is an independent technology consultancy and managed IT partner based in New Orleans, Louisiana. We help small and growing organizations make technology more reliable, secure, and useful.
Experienced, direct, and accountable
Nolabits is led by Devin Villegas, a technology consultant with more than a decade of experience across software architecture, cloud infrastructure, data systems, reliability, and secure application design.
Clients work directly with an experienced technical partner—not a rotating account team. When specialized or on-site help is needed, we coordinate the right resources and remain accountable for the outcome.
How we work
- Listen first. We learn how your business operates before prescribing tools.
- Explain clearly. You get recommendations in business terms, with tradeoffs made visible.
- Build for the long term. Documentation, maintainability, and recovery are part of the work.
- Stay practical. We favor useful improvements over expensive complexity.
- Earn trust. We are candid about what you need, what you do not, and what can wait.
We serve organizations in Greater New Orleans and work remotely with clients across the United States.
